Buying from a new brand takes trust. At Pressure Club, we want you to feel confident in the kit you choose and the support you receive afterwards.
That’s why we offer a free quality guarantee: 12 months on your first order and six months on every order after that.
If your kit develops a manufacturing fault or fails prematurely during normal use within that period, we’ll replace the affected item free of charge, subject to the terms below.
Your cover
- Your first order: Every garment in your first completed order from pressureclub.uk receives 12 months’ cover.
- Subsequent orders: Every garment receives six months’ cover.
- Cover begins on the date each item is delivered.
- Full-price and discounted garments receive the same cover. No registration or extra payment is required.
This guarantee applies to garments purchased directly from pressureclub.uk for delivery within the United Kingdom. First-order status is based on your purchase history with us, including orders placed before that date.
What’s covered?
We cover defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Stitching or seams coming apart because of a manufacturing fault.
- Waistbands or elastic failing prematurely.
- Fabric defects that cause premature splitting or holes.
- Printed designs peeling or lifting because of a production fault.
Garments must have been used for their intended purpose and cared for according to their care labels. Normal BJJ training, grappling and gym use do not, by themselves, invalidate your cover.
What isn’t covered?
This quality guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear that reasonably develops through use, such as gradual fading, light pilling or surface abrasion.
- Accidental damage, including cuts, burns or snags.
- Damage caused by washing, drying or other care contrary to the care label.
- Damage caused by alterations or misuse.
- Changes in your size, preferred fit, colour preference or a change of mind.
We assess the age of the garment and how it has been used when distinguishing normal wear from premature failure.

How to make a claim
Email wesley.dunn@pressureclub.uk within the guarantee period with:
- Your order number or another form of proof of purchase.
- A short description of the problem and when you noticed it.
- Clear photographs showing the issue, where possible.
If you cannot provide photographs, let us know and we’ll arrange another way to assess the item.
We may need the garment returned for inspection. Please contact us before posting it so we can arrange the return and cover the necessary postage. Original packaging and attached tags are not required for a quality claim.
How we’ll put it right
For a covered claim, we’ll replace the affected garment at no cost to you, including standard replacement delivery.
If the same item is unavailable, we’ll offer a suitable alternative for you to agree to. If no suitable replacement is available or agreed, we’ll refund the amount paid for the affected garment.
Replacement garments remain covered for the remainder of the original guarantee period. This does not limit your legal rights in relation to the replacement.

Your legal rights
This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where the law entitles you to a refund, repair or replacement, those rights apply independently of this guarantee. They may also apply after the guarantee period has ended.
You do not have to use this guarantee to exercise your statutory rights.
